HOPE BELONGS HERE is a capital building campaign intentioned to support

 the vision and mission of City of Refuge to RETURN DIGNITY, RESTORE LIVES, AND REBUILD COMMUNITIES through the building of The Refuge: a three-story, 22,000 sq./ft., multi-use campus adjacent to the existing location of City of Refuge's Resource Center.  

The Refuge is a place to BELONG and will support holistic transformation for under-resourced individuals affected by a history of brokenness, abuse and sexual exploitation through providing Housing, on-site Trauma Informed Child Care, Personal and Employment Development, and a Restaurant/Cafe to hire local youth and adults enrolled in City of Refuge programs.
